This webserver dssestar.com ("Website”) is operated by Estar Group, also referred to in this privacy notice as “we“, “us” and “our“), a private limited company registered in Italy (registered number 02361880905) and having its registered office at Via Caprera,19 -07039 Valledoria (SS).

Estar Group operates several other websites, this one it's a secure webservice to save date for all the Estar group PMS, data will be saved here in a safe way and our PMS will ask for singular data information only if the PMS manager accessed via a SSL secure channel with username and password, about Credit Card information it is necessary a multiple authorization.
The Website is not intended to be used by children under the age of 18.
What personal data does Estar Group collect via the Website?
Estar Group here receives data coming from OTAs, Agencies, websites, every singole website need to inform the data owner they are connected with us and we will threat data (Guest data and Credit Card data), only strictly related to the use of our customer (Property Owners, Property Manager, Agency, Tour operator), that need them to process the booking and its activities. ‘Personal data’ means any data which can be associated with you as an individual, either directly or indirectly.
The personal data we collect via the Website is likely to include:
Identity information, such as your name, company name, organisation type and job title.
Contact data, such as your address, email address, telephone number and social media handles.
Technical data, such as your internet protocol (IP) address.
Credit card information (if sent from a connected server from where the data is taken, and if related to a specific booking).
We do not collect ‘special categories’ of personal data through the Website. (‘Special categories’ of data include details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, or health information). We also do not collect information about criminal convictions and offences.
How Estar Group collects personal data
a) Personal data provided here from OTAs, Agencies, websites, and every singole website where who generated the booking, where each of them need to inform the data owner they are connected with us and we will threat data (Guest data and Credit Card data)
They will provide Estar Group with personal data when Guest correspond with them via their Website, either on his own behalf or on behalf of an organisation.

How and why Estar Group uses personal data
Estar Group will only use your information where:
a) Our PMS accessed from the autorized Manager ask for a Booking or their Guest data, an d those data will picked up from here and showed to the manager for their direct use.
We will use your identity, contact and usage information to:
keep our records up to date;
We will use your technical information to:
provide and make improvements to the Website, Website maintenance, support, reporting and hosting of data, and troubleshooting;
ensure that the Website is secure;
analyse how users interact with the Website; and address any issues you may experience with the Website.
We may use any or all of the information above to administer and manage our business in general, and in the context of a business reorganisation or group restructuring exercise.
If you feel that your interests and fundamental rights outweigh Estar group business purposes, and that Estar Group should therefore stop processing your data, please let us know.

The Website is hosted on servers located in UK, the PMS servers could be located in UK or within the European Economic Area (EEA).
